Decided to pay for my upgrade when I read that my n/c one had been changed from June to July. (We all know what that could mean). Phoned support late friday thinking w/e coming up will have to wait till monday. Sunday about 12.00 my son told me that the modem is syncronising at 2.2. Checked speed ,still old speed. Phoned support again .They unthrottled line, 30 mins later full speed ahead. What service and on a Sunday too.
