All I can use is HTTP, Plusnet Premier, what happened?

Right now I have problems with everything I use my connection for except browsing :-

Gaming (lag spikes and discconnections),
Teamspeak (Cant connect to my UK server),
FTP (3k Upload)
P2P (useless at anything except 6am).

Guys whats happened? I can get an HTTP connection free from Sky or Talktalk. What does Premier offer now?

Its not a problem at my end, as the issues are all exactly the same as the various threads in this forum.

Can you not see how fast the ship is sinking? If you dont do something quick then Plusnet are dead in the water.

Are we just Guniea Pigs for BT now?

Not sure why I am still here, but you are seriously pushing out your customers.

Should I raise a ticket?, I cant see how its going to be much use as the issues are all already reported in the numerous threads on the forums. They are global, not just my issues. I would just be taking up more of PN's time if I raise a ticket, which could be used fixing this stuff.

If a Staff member thinks that raising a ticket would do any good at all then pls tell me and I will.

Raise a ticket about Teamspeak & Gaming issues.

P2P/FTP woes is currently to be expected I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply.

Could I just ask one more question,

Is the current terribly slow FTP/P2P speeds to be expected becasue of problem which will be fixed? Or is it 'just to be expected on Plusnet' now?

I need to know this so that I can migrate if its now a policy to have terrible P2p and FTP performance 23 hours of the day until they get more bandwidth?? (which we have been told is not going to happen anytime soon)

Thanks

I'm expecting FTP to see improvements shortly.

Regarding P2P, we will be tackling this relatively shortly, but I have no specifics on this.

Wow that was quick, James, I was just about to edit my post with another question.

As I migrated in from another supplier, I should have no deffered activation fee to pay if I migrate, is that correct please?

No, there should be no fees.

The deferred migration fee of £14.99 applies if leaving within 12 months, but with 30 days notice you will have surpassed that anyway I think (looking at the joined date)?

Pretty much. If you request your MAC Code on or after Jan 31st, there won't be any deferred charges.
