After Migration

Hi,

We migrated out last week. I informed Plusnet of this on the same day as the new ISP started. Am I supposed to get some sort of confirmation that the account has stopped or does this not happen until the 30 day notice period is up. There's been no change in the account details, nor any email confirming that we have moved on. Is this usual or do I need to contact them again?

I think you'll find it stays running until your 30 day period is up.
