Activation and 0845 1404854

Hi all,

BT had an issue with my line (wrong postcode) which is now fixed. However, PlusNet say to ring 0845 1404854 and leave my username and landline to say that it is now ok. However, the message just goes around in a loop with no "pause" to leave a message.
