Have I been compensated Huh

Was switched back from LLU to IPstream which has cured my connection problems. Have noticed on my account screen -

Last bill: 14/09/2006:fully paid
Next bill: 20/10/2006
Paid by: DELTA [ Update ]

I seem to have 6 extra days in this billing cycle ? Is this some kind of compensation for the downtime and problems ?? If so thanks ... Cheesy ...

Have a read through your 'closed questions' and see if anything is mentioned.

I recieved a free week at the end of June as Plusnet forgot to take off restrictions from my BB+ account Smiley

It certainly sounds like a refund - thats the usual method. (Moving billing date out)

Usually it will be accompanied by a closed ticket explaining what was done.

Just found it in a service notice , about 4 tickets ago .. Cheesy ...

"Customer has changed account type from PlusNet Broadband Premier Option 3 (Annual Contract, No Modem) to PlusNet Broadband Premier Option 1 (Annual Contract, No Modem) and, in doing so, has had the next invoice date moved to 2006-10-20 (6 additional days) in line with the updated account balance"

Still no idea why the extra days though ....
