I got my mac code from plusnet over month ago...since then ive been billed twice...my first month i understand but why have ai got email again saying your payment has been succesful when im not with plusnet anymore?

I was told once i get my mac code and my mac code goes through my account here will cancel automaticaly?

why am i still getting charged then?

If you have actually migrated out from us, we should receive a BBCR report that notifies us of this. However, if you don't migrate, your service doesn't get cancelled.

Ive migrated out over month ago...i dont get no internet if i plug my old plusnet router...

When i migrated in few days i had my bill which i happily paid..now after 4 weeks i get email that im beeing billed again...

Im with sky bb at present...and i mustve left over 5 weeks ago i would guess
