Accept formal complaints electronically

Hi,

The one time when Force 9 really messed up an ADSL setup for a client -- and then messed up putting the first mess up right etc -- to the point where I had to submit a formal complaint, I was outraged to be told that the formal complaint had to be submitted by hardcopy postal mail.

Cheers,

Charles

To add insult to injury, it was probably not replied to either!

Accept formal complaints electronically

Hi,

We have evaluated our complaint procedure and made changes. In the first instance the best way is to raise any complaints via Contact Us that we you will get a written response to the complaint, and the issue will be addressed.

Thanks, Dave

It's good to learn that F9 are evolving their procedures in response to customer feedback.
