Afer weeks of trying to get my adsl up and running, I finnaly get a phone line and was requested to return my one and only ticket with confirmation of the fact, but when I log in from work this morning, the ticket has lost its buttons, so I cant respond!

I really hope I dont have to try and go through the whole thing again Sad

Can anyone from PN tell me hoe I can action that ticket?

PS: My router is buggered for absoutely no reason, so it just keeps getting better Sad

Hi Julian,

What is the current status of the ticket? Is it marked closed?

When was the last action on the ticket? If it was more than 14 days ago it will automatically close if no updates have been added during that time.

I've passed the ticket onto our provisioning team for you, they will then place the order and update the ticket.
