First off, sorry forum participants it is my last resort to get some proper help on my account, waiting so long for canned responses is really painful.

Since about 5 days ago, my account has suffered terrible speeds < 14kb/s, stalled downloads (of sub 1mb files), and any browsing is dial-up style. It really is unusable, I'm not talking about torrents or other big downloads here.

Everything has been tested/swap-out including microfilters, wires, routers, PCs, face plate. Line stats are fine according to kind responsive folk at ADSLGuide...

Plus.Net please can you check nothing has locked on my account with the new traffic management system that went in place a few days ago. I can only suspect that something has gone terrible wrong here.

My BT ADSL line is 0151 348 1555 (acc: mattwht)

Also:
2) Cant use BT speed tester. Not enough information on my line
3) Plus.Net fault checker returns Connection Speed: none found
4) My hostname has stopped resolving to my static IP

I'm syncing at 2mb. Mand has actioned my upgrade to 8mb, so I'll see if that will resolve the issue. Thankfully Im away in London from tomorrow so by the time I get back... fingers crossed.
