I found ADSL speeds to be worse than 56k when using peer2peer programs like Kazaa.

Have you capped the speed to these apps?

Hi,

You should find that during times of lower usage on the ADSL services, peer to peer programs will give better performance.

They have during peek times, Notice of it is in the Annoucments somewhere
