ADSL activated and using at my new address.

If you look at ticket 6087521, I moved house last week and ordered ADSL for my new house.

As yet I've had no confirmation that the line is activated, but I'm on and using it as I speak.

A quite line speed test proved good upload/download speeds.

Should I be using it without official confirmationHuh

Am I going to get my wrists slappedHuh

I've only just ran the modem/ADSL cables properly today and I thought I'd give it a go.

Cheers,

Dave.

Hi Dave,

We can confirm that DSL is active on the line. The reason why the information was a little slow in coming was due to BT not updating their systems correctly.

We have no issues with you using the account seeing as the account was always active and all you are doing is using it from another location.

Best Regards,

Dave.

Thanks, a couple of days on 56K was all I could stomach. Smiley
