Hello i raised a a problem about not getting synch with my adsl modem and you have raised it to BT but you said it should take up to 48hrs and that is up i have heared nothing and i have had no internet access now for 7 days when is it going to get sortedHuhHuhHuh

Hi,

I note from your account that a fault was reported to us on 11/3 and raised to BT the same day. BT usually give us an update within 48 hours so we should have more information very soon. You can obtain an update at any time by logging into Contact Us or calling the support team on 0845 1400200.
