ADSL Home Self-Install

I have a ADSL Home Self-Install account with Plusnet (£20.99/month) and would like to know if the same rules apply regarding download limits (30Gb/100Gb) and the speed shaping as the Premier account.
I use Giganews for binaries and like other users I see a substantial drop in speed during the evenings (from 210kB/sec lunchtimes to 60-70kB evenings) with multiple connections.

ADSL Home Self-Install

The ADSL Home accounts are treated as Premier up to 2MB accounts for the purposes of SUP.

As for the usenet speeds there is already an active thread on this topic, please see http://portal.plus.net/central/forums/viewtopic.php?t=33146.
