I am either going blind or the ability to raise a ticket has been binned. I go to the stupidly named 'help assistant' and it doesn't help me. I follow it through and then it redirects me to service status pages with no option to raise a ticket. What the hell is going on with Plus.Net? The old system was far beter where you could actually raise a ticket when you knew there was a problem. There is steam coming out of my ears at the sheer frustration of chasing my tail trying to raise a ticket.
