A new twist on email redirects

I recently set up an email redirect for service status messages so that they go into a particular mailbox. I also have some other redirects and have experienced some of those emails ending up in the default mailbox. Those problems have been reported by ticket and fixed.

My service status redirect (named 'service_status') has been working fine since set up until the 'Broadband Authentication / Connection Issues (39192) - UPDATE' of 16:47. On this occasion I got two notifications with the same time stamp and one was redirected correctly and the other went into the default mailbox. As far as I can tell the headers are the same.

Anyone else seen this?
