'A day in the life of a BT Engineer'

Reading this gives one person's opinions as to why BT may take longer to do some 'last mile' work than expected.

Warning - contains language some may find offensive
(No I don't work for BT or its suppliers)

I love it.
Thanks for that.
The big pity is that it's probably not exaggerated, and that thousands of poor devils are in the same situation. Cry
Still funny though.

'A day in the life of a BT Engineer'

That has to be one of the best posts I have ever seen yet.

It just goes to show that even in the modern world the big players can't get it right. :!:

(off topic - but relevant)
I hasten to add that even my company still uses paper customer service reports plus a half baked text message system to send us trouble calls! - oh that's when it's working!

Me too lol

I have worked for (Location Removed) BT Retail for a while now and in all honesty never thought about the poor sod at the other end... I know just how very very bad the Assurance team and Openreach have become... this just confirms it.
