A couple of questions (please answer asap)

hi,

I am currently on the EasyStart 512kbps package at £24.99 but I want to downgrade (or upgrade?! confusing) to the 2mb premier at £21.99.

My questions are, is there a fee for this change?

What is the situation with payment? I have already paid £24.99 for this month

If I changed my package today, when would the changes come into effect?

Thanks in advance!

You will pay £14.99 as it is classed as a downgrade (less per month) and the changes will come into effect at your next billing date.

You have been paying more for deferred activation and hardware which other customers had to pay for at that time up front, hence the difference.

when i tried to "downgrade" it said i would be charged a one off charge of £29.99 - not £14.99 which is bad enough! why is this?

I believe it's £29.99 from Easystart down to Premier isn't it? £14.99 as it is a Downgrade, and £15 admin fee as it's Easystart.

If you choose to stay on your current speed it should be a £14.99 charge. If you choose to upgrade to the fastest speed your line can handle then the charge is £29.99.

If the upgrade then fails £14.99 is refunded.
