I have had my e-mail from plusnet saying my conbnection will be upgraded to 8Gb (or the maximum my line can handle).

When this is scheduled and/or whern it is done is there a notification of when it is scheduled and/or when it is done.

They are supposed to email you but from my (and others) experience, they don't.

If you have an account on BT.com, go here and enter your username and password. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. You will see an order and a completion date. It does vary but mine was done at about 3am on the completion date. If you can't login, then there will be a note on your plusnet ticket which gives a date at when the ticket will be looked at again to see if the regrade is gone through. The date quoted on that ticket will be the completion date.
