8 day with NO DSL service from PLUS.NET

This is my 8th day with no DSL service and what's even more worrying is nothing seems to have been done for last 5.

Who's the top man so I can kick some activity?

It may not be Plus Net - We had a 10 day outage, which was BT's fault - 7 days of this was taken to get BT to admit the fault.

Agree it's probably a BT problem but we are not buying the service from BT we are buying it from Plus Net so they are responsible for the service in law.

It's still out and the latest is an engineer will be sent some time when they feel like it. The service was fine until week last Friday when something happened and now every one says it's fine and they cannot understand why the DSL light is off.
