Well, six days without a connection. Unbelieveable.

No updates on tickets for a couple of days.

How do I get PlusNet to actually do something about this crap LLU unbundling??

Anyone for plusnet care to comment - you're killing a small business here too.

Hi

The provisioning team (who currently have your ticket in their workstack) are not in until 9am, however I will chase this with them as soon as they start.

Please can you chase them for the other 7 users that are down in the totton exchange too? If you check my referals list all the people that are conntected to the totton exchange are down.


Thank god I have a internet connection at work as I wouldn't have a clue about these problems.

Hi

I've raised an issue regarding the Totton exchange, advising that multiple users are having problems. The exchange will now be checked as a whole, rather than looking at individual faults.

A configuration issue was rectified today and we are advised that you should all now be able to connect.

If this is not the case please let me know so I can chase further.

Thanks Mand, but no joy. I've just got my wife to reboot the router, try and connect. The router still says 'LCP No response'. No different from the past 6 days....

Can you continue to follow this up?

I will check after work tonight but my friends connection is still broken. His user name is garyamey.

EDIT: Just had another call from someone else on the totton exchange looks like we have all been upgraded to 8mb but no one is able to connect still.

What are the chances of this being fixed now on a Friday afternoon? I'm guessing we're all dead till Monday at the earliest now.

Still there's always the good ol' reliable 56k modem :shock:

I've found mine working this morning at about the same speed I saw it pre-LLU. I won't count my chickens until I've seen it up reliably for a few days.

Hi

It would seem that the exchange issue was fixed but some of you may have been affected by yesterdays connectivity issues.

All connections should now be restored, although we are monitoring this very closely until we can be sure that the issues have been fully resolved.
