2mb upgrade problem?

I ordered a regrade from 1 - 2 MB a week ago and have just got the following call ticket

We would like to inform you that, unfortunately, we cannot resolve your current issue immediately.

We have arranged to review this issue on Wednesday 18th August at 07:00, when we expect to be able to either solve your issue or provide you with an update on further progress.

Does that mean I can't get 2MB as I'm still connecting at 1MB now, or is it just BT still havn't got round to making the change?

2mb upgrade problem?

It looks to me as if it means that you were due to upgrade today or tomorrow, and that someone from provisioning is going to check whether it has happened or not.

That is a standard 'on holding' message which just means the ticket is put on hold and will automatically reactivate on the date specified so the action to be performed can be checked or done.
