CS, please look into my ticket number and advise me exactly what is happening.
If you are now waiting for BT, please can you contact them and get this treated as a priority, as having a useless connection for 1 month is not acceptable.

Thank you, however the contact I received was in the form of a completely irrelevant question from somebody who obviously didn't bother to read through the history of this ticket.

Can you please refer this onto somebody who actually has the inclination to get to the bottom of my problem. 35 DAYS and still no resolution!! What makes it even worse is the fact that on the rare occasion I get some kind of response, it's completely useless waffle. Why can't somebody at plusnet tackle this issue, have the decency to keep me informed about the progress and make me feel like a valued customer and get my connection sorted?? Is it really so hard?

As nobody is CS/Comms seems willing, or able to contact me, let alone try to resolve this issue, decided to try to call......

Call centre stats stated average waiting times were 11 mins @ 10.33am today. I was holding for 74 mins, then I was CUT OFF Evil

You might as well stop moaning in here, they couldn't care less. Leave them and go with someone else. At least then you wont be paying for a service you aren't getting.

You might want to check that again. I think you might find it was 1033 am on the 23 July (3 days ago). You must remember that these are PlusNet's up-to-the minute stats. Wink
