19 days for house move and still waiting.

Ticket number is 20499439, though I doubt anything can be done tonight.

My (2nd) completion date for my ADSL at my new house was due for today.

No update on the ticket and no ADSL.

My modem gets sync, but I fail with username/password error.

My first completion date was supposed to be on the 1st of November, but after someone submitted the reprovide to BT with my old postcode, that day came and went.

If someone could give the House Move team a kick for the morning, that'd be appreciated.

If your modem is getting sync, it may be that after a few hours the Plusnet systems recognise your attempts to connect and turn on your account. It's worth trying at periodic intervals while you wait to hear something back.

I've been trying since the weekend as BT had done their bit and enabled me.

To be fair, up until today, the updates had been good.

Just worries me a bit that maybe something else has gone wrong and they don't want to tell me. :?

Got a reply that my reprovide was now complete.

What they didn't tell me was that my username changed to @plusdsl.net from @plus.net.

Thank you to the guy on the support line for that.

Case closed. Cheesy
