16 Days without BB+ service - Please HELP.

Please, please, please can someone sort this out?

We have now been without our broadband connection for 16 days.

I am also still waiting for a response to my last support ticket comment which I posted 122 hours ago.

The very least that Plusnet could do is provide 0800 dial-up access for when a broadband fault occurs. Especially when it goes on for this long.

If this is not fixed before my next billing date (13th August), I will have to cancel my credit card because I am not prepared to continue paying for a service that I am not receiving.

Looking at it, your fault is being delt with by our logged faults team and BT and they'll get this resolved as swiftly as possible.

My apologies for someone not getting back to you in this thread, but we're extreamly busy at the moment.
