15GB PAYG special - new questions

For my average usage and that a lot of it is during the day I would say it probably is.

Interesting!

I use 3 to 4 GB peak time and pay £21.99 for Prem 1.

I'd like to be on the same package as you.
Who do I need to speak to?

The package I'm on is no longer available. You will need to change to PAYG with 12GB for £22.49 and then a month later reduce the included allowance - probably to 4GB which will cost you £16.49 a month. If you go over 4GB it will cost you an extra £1.80 for each extra 2GB or part thereof - or you can increase you allowance before the end of the month and pay £1.50.

(I hope you've allowed for your current peak 3 to 4GB being 4pm to midnight whereas on PAYG it's 8am to midnight)

Jelv's product was a limited time special offer. You would definitely save yourself some money if you were on our standard PAYG offer though.

15GB PAYG special - new questions

Hi James

As I asked John, is the package that John is on profitable to PN?

BTW
Would one of the MODS like to split this off into it's own thread?
Sorry to take it OT in the first place.

It's pretty borderline if every customer uses the full 15GB.

I'd imagine that we would make a slight loss if customers use it to it's full potential, but the nature of internet usage would balance it against all users on that product.

Hence it being a special offer.

Your wish is my command!

Feel free to change the title to something more appropriate - just wanted you to be able to see where I'd put it.

15GB PAYG special - new questions

Hi James

How was the special offer made available to us back when it was? Email?

How long was the offer available for - so that we could make a considered decision to go for it or not?

Surely the pattern of usage would make a difference as well. My usage is spread throughout the day and evening so it will be profitable. Someone who uses the whole 15GB during the evening and weekend peaks would probably not.

Blimey. We're going back a bit.

I think it was about March time last year? John will probably have a better memory than me, but I imagine it was discussed on here and on the website.

Not sure about email/tickets.

Looks like January 17th until the end of March.

There weren't any emails sent about it, but it took a prominent place on the website.
