what have you done with my post regarding latency ?

Over an hour ago I posted in this forum with detailed stats about the latency problem I am suffering.

Where is it and why has it disappeared ?

Is Plusnet refusing to look at or investigate my issue ?

I spent a lot of time and effort preparing the posting complete with all the relevant evidence I could think of, If someone has decided to delete this I want to know on who's authority so I can make a formal complaint to plusnet and if this one mysteriously disappears I can assure you that will be the result, don't insult your customers!!

It's probably caught in the spam filter, particularly so if it contained a lot of links, hopefully a mod will release it soon.

It contained two links to thinkbroadband speed tests, I don't call that spam!!

OK I had not experienced that before! It's not good when all record of something disappears without explanation!
