small point ... how do I set my avatar /photo

On this site and on main plusnet site ... how can I upload my photo ... makes it easy (for me)  to spot my entries in posts .
In general I guess there is somewhere to set my prefs?

go to your profile, click on forum profile information in the LH column and all will become obvious

Take note of this restriction...Avatar size should be limited to 80 x 80 pixels and a maximum file size of 40kB

Err... sorry but I can't see where I can set my avatar of the forums? I tried my profile. I'm sure I used to have one...

try reading the previous answers all is explained
on your profile page - click forum profile informations, then the avatar part is on the RH side

I tried my profile but finding the page where you edit your avatar is not intuitive, and the information above is not accurate.
If anyone wants to know how to add your picture, this is how:

• Go to your profile: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php?action=profile


• On the left hand side there is a section 'Modify Profile'.


• In that section, click the link 'Forum Profile Information'.


• Use the form displayed to upload an image or add an image URL.


• Please note the restriction that avatars must be a maximum of 80x80 pixels You can use a program like Paint to resize your image.
