I've noticed that "unanswered threads" which I have answered remain in the unanswered threads list when returning to that list.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

That's a long standing bug in the forum software, only way to clear them is to mark the whole forum as read.
