Was replying to a PM; had written the text and clicked send.  Got the error message shown.  Send and cancel buttons seemed dulled.  Unable to do anything.

Selected HTML view - no difference.  Selected PREVIEW buttons became active and operable allowing me to send the PM.  See a number of oddities with the RT component today.  Using Safri on iPad 2.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

I've had this sort of occurrence on the odd random occasion. I can never repeat it at will. I usually just copy what I've written - whether it was a post or a PM - and then just Refresh the browser page and go from there and paste in what I'd written.

However since this new bug has appeared, I'm frequently (nearly every time) finding that on moving back from Preview to Rich Text, it doesn't have focus.
