Am posting this for jmdlp. She left Plusnet this week although she is still a member as her domain and email is being handled by PN.
She has been allowed to remain as a member of the forum but cannot log in - the message is username does not exist.
It is not her computer because I cannot get in either. Please could someone attend to this as she is keen to log in again ASAP?
