Sub-forum titles in a forum are not links

When in a forum, sub-forums are shown at the top of the index page. The names of the sub-forums should be clickable to take you in to the sub-forum.
I've circled where the link should be in the attached screen dump.

That's an odd one. It looks like any sub-forum which has had new posts since last visit is displayed correctly. However, once the forum has been viewed, the header text stops being a link. The folder image is still a link but it links to a view which only shows the unread posts in that forum. Has this happened recently?
I think Colin's back tomorrow and I'm not likely to find time to work out what's going on here before then <cough>cop out</cough> so in the meantime can we just work around it by navigating from the forum home page directly to the sub-forums?

I found this the other day there when I was looking at something for the mods, but as was pointed out, I'm on holiday (and I maintain I am until 9AM tomorrow :P)
I think the change happened when we switched themes, though.
