Spam post showing in unread topics

Why is the post "Divorce >>>&&&..." showing in unread topics (general Chat board)? Surely it should have been deleted or moved to a hidden board.

Looks like the user got banned and the post moved to a hidden board. Not sure if the marking of spam worked in this case though... I can see a number of posts by this user in the spam folder.. maybe the mods could take a quick look?

There were 8 posts by this user before he was banned and all posts marked as spam. The situation where one post seems to linger tends to happen if there had been a reply to it at some stage. It then usually falls off the grid within a couple of days.

I have just removed the offending post manually but can anyone still see it?

Such are the predictable pitfalls of this being an open forum, not linked to real user accounts.

We did say during the initial trials of this "best of bread" forum technology platform that not integrating it with the CRMS was asking for trouble. I also recall being told it would be consider at a later date ... well we are now one year on ... any plans to implement a CRMS integration? Least one would be assured that the complains come from real customers.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
