So, there is no way to get my old account back?

As I have no idea now about the email I may have used for my old account (as Plus net allow unlimited aliases for emails I always use site@mydomain format) is there really no way I can get my old account back?

Ah, I found in my "sent items" a forward of a post from the forums from year's back - so back online!

Glad you found it. But just for the record, as others in difficulty may find this topic when searching, Plusnet Help Team and Admin members can find that information. The best thing to do is just post (as you did) with a temporary Forum name and request help Smiley Hope this helps anyone else in difficulty.

I expect one of them ( @Chris ?) will remove that temporary one now.

Yep - please can the new account be deleted.

 

I've marked the last post as answered, as it would have answered the problem if I hadn't fixed it by other means.
