It now seems to have sorted itself after a couple of hours

I reported a login authentication problem about 3pm today. Only just been able to get back on. Fortunately the CS person I spoke to had the same problem.

Its about time this was fixed    i doubt if this is the latest version of smf  judging by the footer  "SMF © 2006-2008"
