Background colour is horrid - the old screen was easier on eye to read............... sorry just realised this should be on thread about likes and dislikes rather than bugs......................

Re: New skin bugs and tweaks

I'm having a problem remaining logged in anywhere other than the forums - namely, for posting blog comments. When I try to, I'm just met with a few text boxes asking for my name, e-mail and so on, which I presumably shouldn't be getting because I'm already logged in. I assume this has something to do with the other logging in/out issues already mentioned, but still, I thought I'd mention it anyway in case it's not.

Re: New skin bugs and tweaks

Tried Barry's post on an Archos 705 with 800x600 and opera, no problem, reset my laptop to 800x600 no problem with Firefox, but IE6 didn'[t like it, so Gary can you swop to Firefox or Opera

Re: New skin bugs and tweaks

On [under] the header when not logged in, you get a text explaining the purpose of the boards, inviting you to login or register.
I suspect the register link is now defunct, other than going to the explanation that you must register via the portal, but previously both the register and login texts were links to login or register.

Re: New skin bugs and tweaks

The 'find members' icon in personal messages appears to be a power button icon - is this intentional (seems odd)
Also, the search page for finding members appears to have no formatting at all.

Re: New skin bugs and tweaks

If I use the "new" button on the unread post, it navigates to the first item, then after a while jumps to where you were last at, however if you if you click the envelope on the RH side it goes immediately to the  end of the thread, from where it is easy to back up to where you have read, much quicker.
On the old skin it did jump straight to your last view, much better

Re: New skin bugs and tweaks

The formatting of the current poll on the front page has gone awry (FF 2.0.0.11)
Edit: Corrected by doing a forced refresh CTRL-F5

Re: New skin bugs and tweaks

Is the font used for the name etc. of attachments larger than it used to be? (see post above)
