It's been some months now since there has been any activity or announcements on this Topic in the Plusnet News board - has any progress been made?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
The new Quality of Service page has had a lot of work done to it since its inception and I am pleased to say that it will be coming very soon.
Just so we are clear - the current 'call stats' page will remain as is and the new QOS page will be part of the Help section as a seperate area specifically for displaying stats.
