This is really an addendum to my other posts re: email services being ported to Greenby.Ltd. Apropro this I have been busily moving my email contacts, logins etc. to other mail severs (Which Greenby.Ltd. is not). Accordingly changing my Plusnet broadband contact email and, of course, Plusnet Community contact email address.
No problem with this with regard to changing my Plusnet broadband contact email address, nor of changing, on screen my Plusnet community contact email address. Here is where the problems started. One confirmation link sent to me by Plusnet community yesterday and two more today, the latest not more than ten minutes ago. All of these links confirmed by myself.ad infinitum
I do wonder what deep secrets are concealed herein to warrant this unprecedented concern that dictates this barrage of confirmation email links and how much longer this will continue!
Yet another annoyance where the root cause is this move of mail services. Please stop bombarding me with these confirmation requests, or is Greenby.Ltd Et al now handling matters for the Plusnet community as wel?

Be careful - are you sure that these emails are indeed from legitimate PlusNet sources?
Which email brand is involved here? To the best of my knowledge none of the brands have yet been migrated so any confirmation emails could well be spam / scam communications.
Do they mention you by name / account or do the simply refer o "Dear valued Plusnet customer" or similar? On the email board there is reference to similar ... which looked very much like a Plusnet communication, but was not personalised.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi, came through to my (changed) email address.to my user name and gone through antivirus/spoof/spam filters. I do know that the handover to Greenby.Ltd has not yet been done, but as one who went through the shutdown of the Plusnet sim only service you will understand perhaps that nobody can be trusted these days.
I am ready for the aforesaid handover, but when the official Plusnet notification about the handover arrives then you may be assured that there will be nothing of mine to handover as before the actual handover my plusnet mail addresses will be removed by myself.

Hi, Prefer not to say. my only comment is that all my plusnet mailboxes receive nothing now and these will be deleted from the plusnet mail service as soon as the official handover notification from plusnet arrives. Been a very time consuming job!
