plus.net portal outage

A problem has occurred with our internal database which has caused a loss of access to our portal and our internal systems. We have failed over to an alternate database whilst we investigate the cause of the outage.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience during this problem.
A service status will be posted when we can do so.

Hi all,
Both the website and out internal systems are back up and running now. Investigations are underway as to what has caused this.
A service status posting will be up soon.
