look at that link for your phone, at the top right it tells you if you are market 1, 2 or three
If you are lucky and on market 3 your price will stay low,
Market 1 and 2 will go up after 3 months

Put your telephone number in http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange_search click on the exchange and look in the bottom right corner  and it will tell you if you are in market 3 or not

I raised a ticket regarding my exchange classification 2 days ago but I would imagine that particular part of the business will be snowed under just now.

Is that a market change ticket Strat? If so the ticket path should have told you it'll take around a week.
