Thanks for that link - the concern I now have is that there is an additional £12 per month charge for FTTC.  Therefore I would then be paying a total of around £65 per month.  That is unreasonable to me. So, how do I change from the business to the residential fibre package please?

You'd need to raise a ticket to request the change, but it's definitely possible provided the line won't be used for business purposes.
