The time has come...
..........I'm off.
After 4 years of being in Comms it's time for a change.
I'm not leaving the company though, I've got a new role in what is now Engineering (but still called Dev to all of us ).
I'll be heavily involved in the project process, which is a continuation of what I've done from the Comms side for the last couple of years.
Today is my last day in Comms, but I expect I'll still pop into the forums from time to time.
Thanks for the laughs (and the grey hairs :P), and be nice to the new guys in my absence.

I think it has to be said that your help and intervention in quite a few different cases has really shaped the forum facing role of plusnet, and has set the expections of quite a few.
You never failed to meet those expectations, and even at times where I am sure you felt likethrotting/mutilating/battering re-educating people (Staff and customers!) you still came through smiling with a result, making for some really happy customers.
We'll all miss you in the forums, but I know how much it means to you for this role change.
