Hi first off.
Why is my green bit so high compared to others.  Wasnt like this to start with.

Welcome to the forum. When a new connection starts, there is generally no Interleaving and hence a lower ping time. When DLM has assessed the error levels, it will apply a depth of interleaving that it deems suitable and hence the ping time will be higher. That's not that an uncommon a ping time for an ADSL connection, especially if you are some distance form the Gateways in London.

You may have interleaving applied to your line which will increase your latency, but add extra levels of error correction.

But from what I have read and told everyone one fibre has it set to on.
Can it be taken off, its making on-line gaming a nightmare.

No, it is set by DLM, mine has been off and on, it's currently off and has been for the longest period ever.

No, only by DLM, or by an engineer visit to reset the DLM, which won't happen unless there is a problem with the line and, even then, DLM will just switch it back on again if it deems it to be necessary.

Not sure what to make of mine, bit like the Northern Lights  

Supposed it would have helped if I posted the one that was static and not dynamic ....
Notice on the 3 days it collected, before my IP address changed, it was similar story between 2am - 8am in the morning.
Although not as bad on the 20th
