Several processes running 24/7 (VoIP, Proxy, BNC etc), scheduled downloads after midnight, daytime VPN / some streaming, evening multiple users some gaming, streaming, VPN.

Daytime: general website browsing. Evening: general browsing and some gaming. Overnight: occasional scheduled large download.

Mine (Graph 'walker23'), General family internet access, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, mixed streaming gaming surfing and downloading.

I have Crash Plan (cloud backup) scheduled to run between 10pm to 10am,  as I'm now on FTTC this won't upload something every night and when I remember I'll change it to midnight to 8am, as it doesn't need to run for as long now.
Cloud backup (overnight), some gaming, bit of iPlayer and general family internet browsing. Won't be much use during working/school hours.

Used all day : Watching streams during day when monthly cap allows / Online radio is on all day pretty much / MMO Gaming at all times, big game downloads after midnight when possible.

Always: VPN, Voip, general browsing & Email. SSH-based console & file transfers. Includes access via WiFi for mobiles.
Fairly regular: Streaming of TV and overnight downloading of iPlayer.
Irregular: Some large downloads & uploads.
No: Gaming, P2P

General web surfing & email at any time during daytime and evening periods. Large file downloads after midnight and on the odd occasion P2P during free overnight period.

Did something specific happen last night (19th Sept) shortly after 23:30, all the graphs show the same packet loss at that time?

I've asked on TBB - looks like it was specific to PN.

We have been having a look into the 23:30 packet loss ourselves this morning. Looks to have been around 50-65 seconds of packet loss, given the 100 second monitoring period.
Whatever happened, it does indeed seem to have only happened against our network. Some of the graphs we have of external connections don't show any of this.
It does however look to have only impacted the graphing.
External network traffic didn't experience a blip and as this impacted all customer graphs, suggests it wasn't a problem in the core. However, I doubt we would have ever seen a blip in the graphing if it only impacted TBB graphs (10,000 live graphs only generate 2.14Mbits per second).
