I'm pleased to announce that six users have been chosen to participate in the Superuser program. These users are a mix of those who contacted us to join the program following the announcement and those who we approached due to their community contribution over time.
We’re launching our Plusnet Superuser program in order to improve our community forum and help draw new users in and old users back. Our Superusers will have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues and concerns and feedback from the community.
Our Superusers will have the ability to escalate single account problems that users report if they are not able to assist the user themselves or feel they need help from the customer service team.
Along with supporting other users, there will be regular meetings with the Superusers to discuss ongoing problems as well as any feedback the community has flagged. From these meetings the Superusers can take back to the community our progress on particular issues and answer any questions other users have.
