Sam Knows are about to begin the next stage of national broadband monitoring and we’d like for as many Plusnet customers as possible to take part. They’ll send you a box to plug in, and it’ll perform a set of tests to monitor the quality of your broadband connection.
If you’re interested, then goto
https://signups.samknows.com/ofcom/ and signup. Make sure you say that you’re a Plusnet customer, and select your broadband speed.
Please make sure that you’re on an unlimited account, as the tests will use some of your bandwidth.
