The BT speed tester shows my IP profile is 3mb!!!! I've not had problems with my line for weeks now, and I can see no reason why my profile was lowered.
Any thoughts?

Leave it connected and if the IP Profile hasn't gone back to normal tomorrow post and ask for a SNR reset.

Web pages are a little stuttery, speedtest was a bit laggy a couple of times. Just tried Iplayer, it was a bit blocky but maybe that was the tv episode..
