This thread has now served it's purpose and helped us cure the majority of the problems. We're aware that some customers are still seeing some slowdowns or a slight increase in ping, but these no longer appear to be widespread.
As such I'm going to ask the mods nicely to lock this thread and anyone that's still experiencing problems please start your own thread in Broabdand and Routers. The individual threads will help us get to the bottom of any remaining issues.
Thanks for all your help looking into the recent issues and I hope that your connections are better for the work that's been put in.
