The packet drop after midnight was me rebooting my router while trying to debug a VoIP issue, and then the latency peak starting at 01:00 was my iPlayer download server but this time not showing the significant packet loss seen in my graph from the night before.

It seems some who'd previously had problems were problem free last night, but others weren't. Not everyone has said which Gateway they were on. How easy is it for you to find out which Gateway a particular user was on at a given time?
Here is another example of a problem last night http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,111878.msg963285.html#msg963285 where it appears that the user hasn't had problems in the last few days from the way they have posted. But since them seem unable or unwilling to post the information previous suggested by Plusnet staff (and myself) it's difficult to be sure what the root cause of the problem is in this case!

I have just raised a ticket to have interleaving switched off on my line, so hopefully soon my line latency will be back to normal.

pcl-ag01
88 ping 4mb download (closed the speedtest tab, forgot to copy link)
then hope to ptw-ag02, and back to normal

Is this Peak time latency still affecting others?, Sky go was buffering for me about every 10 /15 seconds for a couple of seconds when on pcl-ag01
Edit: Yes i am Kelly , we must have been typing at same time.

I'm on 'ptn-ag02'
My pingtest has started to rise (normally 39ms to 44ms, with 2ms jitter) - is currently 53ms with 12ms jitter.
My speedtest result is normally in the range 6.90 to 7.15Mbps, but having just measured it is unusually slower !.

- but nowhere near as bad (yet ?) as last week !.
