Peak time latency spikes

I normally get ping of around 53 to 58 ms and download of 5.5 - 6 mbs

Going to jump gateway

Edit: Now back to normal

Jamesanstee  can you disconnect and reconnect and do another speedtest?

Latency has gone mental again....
I'm hitting 40+ pings and DL speed is crippled down to 30Mbps.  Should be 60Mbps.
I'm on PTW-AG04

Speed is increasing now i have changed gateway to ptn-ag04  but still high pings

That is because you need to run the CMD window with admin privs.  Try just a tracert instead.
