Fingers crossed for tonight's ISPA Awards

It's that time again folks.
Tonight, a chosen few will be off to the 15th annual ISPA awards down at the Sheraton Hotel in Picadilly.
We're short-listed in a respectable five categories this year so we're hoping to walk away with more than the single trophy that accompanied us back to Sheffield in 2012.
We'll be tweeting the results as they come in, so make sure you're following us @plusnet if you want to be one of the first to find out whether or not we've won.
We'll also do our best to keep this forum thread up to date throughout the evening.
Wish us luck!

Bob Pullen

Re: Fingers crossed for tonight's ISPA Awards

Does anyone know why Zen didsn't get into the finalists for Business Broadband as they are supposedly a top class business ISP with consumer level as a sideline
Also - and even more odd - why aren't A&A there given that they joined in 2009 http://www.ispa.org.uk/november-2009/

Congratulations on the award. Without putting a dampener on it though, there was a time when you used to get several awards in different categories. I think BT are dragging you down! Sad

I think you're confusing this with the uSwitch awards.  I don't think we've ever won more than one ISPA.  Maybe next year though!

Re: Fingers crossed for tonight's ISPA Awards

We frequently get to the finalist stage of multiple categories, but I can't remember us winning more than 1 ISPA per year - http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/awards/

Consumer Customer Service is a major differentiator and well done to all Plusnet staff for achieving the award in this category. Smiley

To be honest - in my opinion - that is the best award to get as good customer service will excuse a lot of things

You Plusnet are getting rewards for putting the prices up  Angry Angry
BT should be given more awards, plusnet couldn't provide a service when I moved house  Crazy A lot of trips to the library and didn't bother refunding petrol costs  Grin
I reckon plusnet will be gone within 10 years.

No, the award was for Best Consumer Customer Service. Nothing to do with prices or price increases.
I understand you're frustrated with us but bumping threads over a month old, unrelated to any issues you may have is not the best way to get support.
